Polaris Esim Hub ("we") sells eSIM data plans to seafarers and travelers. This notice is issued under Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines.
2. Information We Collect
Your email address when you purchase, and any referral code you use. We do not collect your name, address, passport or government ID. Payments are entered on the PayMongo payment page; we do not see or store your card, GCash, Maya or bank details.
3. How We Use It
To process orders, deliver eSIMs, send sign-in links, operate the referral program, prevent abuse, and meet legal and accounting requirements.
4. Sign-In
No account is needed to buy. The referral dashboard uses a one-time sign-in link sent to your email.
5. Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to operate the service: PayMongo, Supabase, Make, our eSIM supplier, and Cloudflare (hosting). We do not sell your data.
6. Cookies and Internet Policy
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser's local storage holds your email for convenience, a display exchange rate for up to 24 hours, and your sign-in session. These can be cleared in your browser settings. Google Fonts and Frankfurter (exchange rates) are loaded from third parties and may see your IP address.
7. Retention and Security
We keep data only as long as needed for orders, support, referral records and legal requirements, and apply reasonable safeguards. No system is completely secure.
8. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to how it is used. To make a request or raise a concern, contact us at [email protected] or through the Messenger button, and we will respond promptly. The site is not intended for persons under 18.
